$78 for 6 classes (they need not be consecutive) $15 for a drop-in class
Karen knew after taking her second class that she wanted to someday teach yoga. “I knew it was something I had to find a way to share and bring to others.” One could say she has been teaching for four years, but the truth is that those have been four more years of learning. “My students teach me far more than I teach them. As in life, the more we learn the more we find there is yet to be learned.” Karen is a Lotus Yoga Teacher’s Association trained teacher and nationally certified by Yoga Alliance at the 200 level. She is working toward her 500 hour level.
A wife, mother of five and also a grandmother of five, after 35 years of in-home day care, Karen has now become a full time yoga teacher. She feels that we can benefit from yoga no matter what age we come to it. “Any lesson sounds new as we grow and hear it again from a different perspective.”
Come join our classes. All levels of experience are welcome and we always have fun. Yoga is for real people, so don’t be intimidated by some preconceived notion about what yogis do or look like. Everyone deserves some, “me time,” and this is a wonderful way to relax, feel better and honor the wonder of you.
And guys, this is not just for women. Grab some friends. We’ll get you stronger and more flexible for your favorite sport, even if that’s channel zapping!
